China has more than 5,000 years' history, so it is a profound culture country.
YanHuang are Yan emperor and Huang emperor in early time. They are the fathers of the Han nationality, and they are also known as the fathers of the Chinese nation. "Yan's and Huang's descendants" means Chinese descendants, and it is the pronoun of the Chinese nation.
Dragon dance is an activity of Chinese nation traditional culture. It is one of the programs of large festivals in ancient times because the dragon is the most respected spirit beast in China. With the Chinese immigrants to all over the world, the dragon dance has been each Chinese concentrated area in the world. It becomes a symbol of Chinese culture.
Magical mask change is the one of three biggest quintessence of Chinese culture. It is a special skill of Sichuan performing arts. The most exciting thing is they change Sichuan opera masks one by one very quickly, so the audience cannot believe their own eyes. It is very mysterious.

ReplyDeleteI saw your poster before and I liked because here you shows the principal things in the culture of China like the dragon dance, the masks, but the most interesting part of your culture is the image of zodiac chinese because is different that the zodiac that we use. Tell me please what is the principal difference of these zodiacs, and if I borned in 1993 what is my sign or symbol?
ReplyDeleteHi, I've seed the dragon dance and it is really interesting. But, do you ever know the history of the dragon dance? How the Chinese people came up with the idea of dragon? what I knew, the beast that they are respected is never exist!! Which one you believe?
